Spacious holiday home with private pool and a large garden, located in the most tourist area of L'Escala, just 8 minutes (750 m) walking to the beach of Riells. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes away (350 m).

The house has a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. A bedroom with three single beds. And another bedroom with three single beds. Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub, plus a toilet. A large dining room with access to the main terrace, fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room.

The house has a wonderful garden with private pool and porch -equipped with barbecue- where you can enjoy your meals outdoors.

In total, the villa can sleep 13 people: in 2 double beds and 9 single beds.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 20€ per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
