Very cozy design apartment located in the old town of Santiago, in a nice and quiet neighborhood 15 minutes walk from the cathedral and 5 from the bus station, with intensity adjustable lights in all rooms, and lots of natural daylight , Wifi and Smart TV. Private parking in a parallel street 180 meters from the apartment for vehicles with a maximum height of 180 cm included in the price.
It is an apartment full of details, such as the mobile partition that separates the living room from the kitchen and the desk area, and that transforms the environments by moving it. The main lights are regulated in intensity by pressing the switch in all rooms, and the bedroom has tactile and directional reading lights so as not to disturb the companion. The bathroom has a large shower with a walk-in plate and a column with jets. Double window to the street, which makes it very quiet.
In the dining room there is an extendable table if necessary (4 additional folding chairs stored in the bathroom).
