Cozy house with sea views from which you can reach the beach in 3 minutes walking. We have the possibility to go to the naturist beach of Playa Marina in 8 minutes. Fuengirola is 2.5 km away and Cala de Mijas is 3 km away. The pine forests of the rear saw provide a place to walk in addition to the beach, and several golf courses in a few kilometers away. The entrance with automatic garage door opens in the underground garage. The pedestrian entrance leads to a garden of 600 m that leads to the front door where it opens to a large open hallway that leads to the very spacious 60m2 living room with dining area, fireplace, TV, sliding doors leading to the porches and the entrance to a large fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen opens onto a laundry room that has a door that leads to the back of the house where we find a sunken area ideal to sit and read or have a drink when the sun shines in the front of the garden and we fancy shade or vice versa.. On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms, four of them with sea views and one with unobstructed views of the Sierra de Mijas. There are 4 full bathrooms, one of them en suite in the master bedroom that also leads to a fabulous terrace. Outside there are two porches and two terraces
the plot of the house is 850m and we can find some vegetables planted as tomatoes, and peppers, as well as a fig tree and a lemon tree. There are also several aromatic plants such as rosemary, thyme, mint, basil, parsley and cilantro.
The beach is a coastal zone of special protection, in which a viewpoint is located that is used for the sighting of fish that go towards the Strait of Gibraltar due to their migrations. There is possibility of attractions for children located within walking distance, in Fuengirola for example the multi-adventure park Sohail, the islands for playing at sea in the Cala de Mijas and the Tivoli attraction park, as well as the Mijas water park. In the town of Mijas and in the Sohail Castle there are usually performances throughout the summer and in winter we have several cinemas and theaters with several performances
