Cottage

This house is a new construction, and is built in a very simple way, placing special emphasis on comfort and well-being, preserving as much as possible all the characteristics of the local architecture. Open beams, gabled ceilings, ceramics, ironwork and granite stone from the Villacastín quarry.

The house is divided up into two floors. On the ground floor we have a large front terrace, which is reached from the large gate that leads out onto the street. From here, we can access all the different areas of the house: lounge-dining room, with its own fireplace, direct access to the garden where there is a kind of terrace which is ideal for the summer months. Kitchen and larder, totally equipped with everything you need (fridge, oven, cooker, food mixer, kitchen utensils, etc.)

A WC and a double room with an ensuite bathroom adapted for the disabled. On the first floor we find four double rooms, one of them with a double bed. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath tub.

On this floor, there is a viewing gallery which offers some superb views of the surrounding area. There is a patio at the front of the house and at the back, the garden, which has its own barbecue and terrace.
