The house is located at the entrance of the town with magnificent views of the walls of Avila, the most emblematic monument of Avila.
To the house of typical rural architecture, built with traditional materials, granite stone and wood finishes is accessed from a small porch, the house has two floors, on the floor below is the living room, kitchen, a small toilet all of shared use and one of the rooms and on the top floor are the rest of the rooms and two bathrooms.

The house has a backyard-garden which is accessed from the kitchen, with garden furniture, barbecue with wood oven and private parking for cars
The house has a capacity of eight people and is rented from four people

Decoration: the house is decorated with a mixture of styles where sophisticated rustic abounds, it is rustic Provencal style that characterizes the house but you can also appreciate the colonial style among others.
