Modern apartment with all comforts, just 50 m from the beach of La Concha and less than 2 km from Marina d'or. It is a cool apartment thanks to its north / south orientation. It has a large terrace with wooden table and chairs that only sunbathes until 11 am in the morning, which allows you to eat and spend the afternoon in it without passing heat. Fully equipped with: A. Conditioning, internet, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, vitro, iron, refrigerator, 50 liter electric heater, 2 Tv, dvd and the three most important things: all the necessary kitchen utensils (there are utensils to spare), a comfortable sofa with removable seats and a bed of 1.50 x 2 m with a brand new viscoelastic mattress! The apartment is delivered with 2 sets of sheets for each bed, towels and tea towels. We also leave basic cooking such as oil, salt, spice ... Apart from all this, it also has a large and beautiful shoe rack and an additional chest of drawers so that there is no lack of space.
