Amazing loft by LAGO Design situated in the Palazzo Tomasi di Lampedusa, in the city centre.



The loft is located in the Palazzo Tomasi di Lampedusa, historical residence of the namesake author of “The Leopard". The apartment has been obtained by the restoration of two old warehouses with their original stone arches and has been furnished in collaboration with the famous Italian studio LAGO Design. The loft houses a bright living room of 110 square metres with ceilings 6 metres high, and a large window that allows visual continuity between indoor spaces and the private terrace with the common garden. In the living room, guests will enjoy a large, red leather corner sofa, a workstation and peculiar bookshelves all around the walls. The independent kitchen has a unique design and is totally equipped with an induction hob, a dishwasher and a coffee machine, in addition to a dining area. Through a particular staircase made of wood and steel, guests can reach the mezzanine floor which houses a bright bedroom with a large round bed, boasting the hanging lamp Blow by Artemide and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Another bathroom with shower completes the accommodation.

Finally, an indoor garden will make your evenings unique when coming back from a stroll in the alleys of the city.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful Unesco heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.



The central station is less than 15 minutes walking distance and is the end of the line of both trains and buses from/to the airport. From the same station there are buses going to other wonderful places like Mondello or Monreale.
