Modern and cozy design apartment in the neighbourhood of Kalsa, a few steps away from the major tourist attractions.



The apartment, located on the third floor of a building with no lift, has been recently renovated by an architect that made the best out of the small space. Stepping inside, guests will access a welcoming living area with wooden floor, furnished with a double sofa bed, a workstation, design bookshelves, in addition to a dining area. Behind this space there is a well-equipped kitchen fitted also with an oven and a microwave. The mezzanine floor houses the sleeping area with a queen-size futon and a built-in wardrobe. The small balcony overlooks the remains of ancient buildings and is the ideal spot for reading or sipping a local wine.



*The staircase leading to the mezzanine do not come with railings, therefore the loft is not suitable for children and youths aged less than 16 years.



*The property building is currently subject to renovation and painting. Due to these renovation works, there could be some noise during the day.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful Unesco heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception.
