Suite spread over 2 levels: living room and cooking area at the first floor, double bedroom & bathroom with shower at the second. Apartment and balcony facing south. Cosy & romantic, perfect for the stay of a couple. Sunny and quiet location. Cooking area equipped with 2-zone induction hob, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, pots, cutlery and dishes. 40" flat TV in the living room as well as in the bedroom. The suite has bed linens, hair dryer, bathroom & kitchen towels. Free Wi-Fi und LAN via fiber optic (FTTC). At the ground floor there is a covered place for bikes, ski/ski boots, a washing machine and a dryer.
Water, power, cooking gas, internet access, bed linens, bathroom/kitchen towels, parking space and final cleaning are included. The heating is NOT INCLUDED and costs €2/hour. The apartment features an indipendent heating system with thermostat. In winter guests use on average 3 hours a day the heating. Tourist tax (NOT INCLUDED) €2,5/night per person. It is not due for each night exceeding the 5th of the stay. It does not apply to children under 12 years of age. SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED PETS ACCEPTED ONLY WITH PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE OWNER. Pet fee €30 per pet (one-time). Socket for electric car charge NOT INCLUDED in the rate. In case of use, the property will apply a surcharge of EUR 0,55 per KWh. Sorry, credit cards not accepted. Maximum 2 adults/children. CHECK-IN : FROM 4 PM TO 9 PM. CHECK-OUT NO LATER THAN 10 AM.
Regardless of length of stay, no change of bath/kitchen towels or bed linen will be provided, following Ordinance 19/3/2014, n. 6501 of Corte di Cassazione (Court of Appeal).
The bus stop is 130 m away from the house. 6 runs in the morning and 3 in the afternoon to the town center.
