Domus Neptuni is a mezzanine apartment located in a very central district, less than 200 meters from the main square and from the downtown of Monopoli. Coves and city beaches of the North of Monopoli (from “Calette del Clio” onwards) are far less than 600 mt, while the ones of the South of Monopoli (from “Cala Porta Vecchia” onwards) about 1 km. The house can accommodate up to 4 people and it is equipped with air conditioning.

The apartment consists of a living room with dining table, a kitchen with 4 gas burners, oven and fridge, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other where there is the washing machine.



At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 1€ per day for each person over 12.



Check-In: from 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)

Check-Out: before 10am

Cautionary Deposit: 100€
