Villa Claire de Lune is a prestigious and spacious villa nestled close to the beaches of Alghero, ideal for up to 10 guests, where tranquility and privacy are the defining features of the property.

A villa designed for spending entire days in total relaxation, enjoying the swimming pool, gazebo, barbecue area, and the peaceful atmosphere that permeates the estate.

Surrounded by lush greenery just 4 km from Alghero and its beaches, Villa Claire de Lune is completely enclosed by 4-meter-high hedges and a traditional dry stone wall. The property spans over 4,000 m², ensuring maximum privacy. The Mediterranean-style garden is meticulously maintained, featuring a manicured English lawn.

The villa is arranged over two levels, connected by both an internal and an external staircase.

In total, the villa includes four bedrooms, two living rooms, two double sofa beds, two indoor bathrooms with showers, an additional outdoor shower, two indoor kitchens, an outdoor kitchen next to the barbecue, a swimming pool, gazebo, and parking space for four cars.

The two fully equipped indoor kitchens, along with the outdoor kitchen beside the barbecue area, will satisfy even the most refined chefs.

Dining outdoors is always a pleasure at Claire de Lune, especially as the evening sun gently sets and the carefully designed lighting takes over to illuminate the long wooden dining table.

All mattresses are new and ergonomic, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The fully equipped bedrooms feature garden views, verandas, air conditioning, and appealing visual accents.
