The apartment is located in the center of Rome, in the Vatican City-Prati district, just 100 meters from the Ottaviano metro station, 500 meters from the Vatican Museums and 10 minutes on foot from St. Peter's Square. The completely renovated and fully equipped apartment has an entrance hall, lounge with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, dining table, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property is air conditioned and offers free wifi.
The 93 m apartment has been elegantly furnished and is quiet and bright. It is located on the first floor of a period building overlooking the internal courtyard and where the concierge is present.
The apartment is located in the "Prati" district, in the San Pietro area, where all the services guests may need during their stay are present (restaurants, bars, pharmacies, markets, banks). In a few minutes on foot you can reach the Vatican museums, San Pietro square, Castel Sant Angelo and via Cola di Rienzo (famous for its shops and shopping).
Guests can use the washing machine and have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Free coffee pods and tea bags are provided.

The tourist tax of the Municipality of Rome to be paid in cash on arrival is € 3.50 per day per person. Children up to 3 years old can sleep in the travel cot.
Free check-in is available from 14:30 to 20:00 by appointment and check-out is expected by 10:30 on the day of departure. Arrivals after 20:00 and no later than 23.00 carry a check-in fee between € 25.00 and € 50.00, depending on the time of arrival, to be paid in cash upon arrival in the apartment. A transfer service reserved to and from the airport and to and from the main railway stations is available for a fee.
