Apartment

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of an elegant 17th century building (with lift) which once served as a trading station for goods from the surrounding countryside. On the floor below, the Rome Accommodation BAULLARI III apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests, while the large balcony on the corner of the building overlooking Corso Vittorio Emanuele II belongs to the other ROMAC BAULLARI apartment which is able to sleep up to 12 guests.

The apartment is composed of four bedrooms, of which three are double and one is twin. There are two bathrooms with shower, and one bathroom with bathtub.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to prepare your meals. The large dining table is able to seat all the guests and makes the kitchen area both welcoming and comfortable.

The apartment also has one large sitting room in which guests can meet up after visiting the city. The flat is supplied with a washing machine, a dishwasher, free WI FI and air conditioning in all rooms.

The characteristic building in which the apartment is located has been carefully conserved. The apartment is distinguished by original wooden beamed ceilings, large doors with transom windows and parquet and hexagonal tiled floors.
