It is located on the ground floor, an independent entrance in a stone villa alongside the ancient 14th century La Rosa estate. It consists of kitchen with dishwasher, table and fireplace, living room with sofa bed, double bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom with shower. It has private parking and large outdoor spaces overlooking the Val d'Orcia.
