Villa

Villa Idra is a charming and bright two-story villa in the heart of Positano. It sleeps six people. From Villa Idra you will enjoy a bright view of the sea and of Positano. Villa Idra is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Positano, a few meters (feet) from restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the local bus and the SITA bus at 400 meters (1300 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia Grande di Positano) at 300 meters (approximately 990 feet). You will reach Villa Idra from the street level by way of an elevator.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Idra. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 50 meters (165 feet), for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: final cleaning; heating; linens and towels; electricity. Tourist tax, paid locally: From April 1 to October 31: EUR 2.50 per person per night. Guests aged under 10 are exempt.
Terrace
The terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is equipped with two armchairs and masonry benches, as well as with a sun umbrella and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of Positano.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with tiles with handmade decoration, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and bright. The furnishings include a sofa. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. The kitchen has no door. It is equipped with a two-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace. The room also has a small window.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels), it is also equipped with a Turkish bath. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace through a French door. The room also has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid sea green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the entrance hall. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. First FloorBedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a bedroom chair and a desk. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid white and blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 3 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a bedroom chair and a desk. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a chromotherapeutic shower and a hairdryer.
