Casa Punta Paradiso is an exclusive and romantic retreat located in the heart of Praiano, nestled between two of the most breathtaking panoramic spots in this enchanting corner of the Amalfi Coast. Just a few steps from the picturesque piazzetta of the Church of Costantinopoli, the house enjoys a privileged location, tucked away from the hustle and bustle yet only minutes from the village's wonders. Surrounded by tranquility and nature, it offers an extraordinary view that stretches across the endless blue of the Mediterranean Sea and the rugged beauty of Capo di Conca. The panorama unfolding from the house is a unique emotion, changing in colors and light with each hour of the day, making every moment feel special and unforgettable.



The spacious, well-equipped garden is a little slice of paradise, perfect for enjoying cool summer evenings, with a masonry barbecue for romantic sunset dinners and hammocks where you can relax, caressed by the sea breeze. Every detail of the house has been designed to offer comfort and intimacy, creating the perfect environment for a romantic getaway or a serene vacation.



The house is arranged on a single level and includes:



• Panoramic garden, furnished with hammocks and a masonry barbecue

• Entrance patio with solarium and outdoor shower

• Living room with sofa bed and SMART TV

• Fully equipped independent kitchen (including dishwasher), with a dining table for 4 people

• Master bedroom (bed size 160x190)

• Bedroom with two single beds (bed size 90x190) – or double bed on request

• Full bathroom with shower

• External laundry area with toilet



Casa Punta Paradiso is located on the eastern side of Praiano, in the highest part of the village, close to the famous and panoramic "Church of Costantinopoli." To reach Casa Punta Paradiso, you need to walk along a 100-meter path, interspersed with a few steps. This pedestrian access provides an immersive nature experience, but it’s important to note that the house cannot be reached by car all the way to the entrance door. A small effort that will be amply rewarded by the view and silence you’ll find once you arrive. Parking is available on the road (for a fee), approximately 150 meters from the house, for your convenience.



On foot, you can easily reach:



• Intimate restaurants and bars, where you can enjoy traditional dishes just minutes from the house (10 minutes on foot)

• A grocery store, to pick up fresh local produce (10 minutes on foot)

• The bus stop, for stress-free exploration of the area (2 minutes on foot)

• The beautiful "Praia" beach and ONE FIRE BEACH CLUB, where you can relax in the sun or take a dip in the crystal-clear sea (both 30 minutes on foot)

• The SITA bus stop, for exploring the entire Amalfi Coast (20 minutes on foot).



NOTE: All these places are accessible only by descending stairs, due to the typical layout of Praiano, where many services are located lower than the house.
