The Uliveta house is made up of two adjoining apartments that communicate with each other
The Uliveta house is on the first floor and has an independent entrance. In the garden there is a private area with table and chairs for outdoor dining, barbecues and sun umbrellas. Near the garden is the swimming pool (12m x 5m) from which you can enjoy a splendid view of San Gimignano, this is equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas. Parking is near the Uliveta house
There are 2 day rooms in this holiday home in the Tuscan hills, one with a fireplace. the furniture is ancient Tuscan.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, and 2 firemakers and opens onto a terrace.
Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with antique Tuscan furniture.
One is big enough to add a single bed to a request. Two rooms can have twin beds on request. There are three bathrooms in the villa, each with a sink, a toilet, a bidet and a shower.
In the laundry there is an extra 3 eu washing machine for 1 cycle
