This apartment is a lovely nest perfect for a couple and close to the heart of entertainment in Venice. However, the flat is located in a quiet and relaxing area.



It is situated on the third floor of a venetian building. Modern and comfortable, it is well furnished with: independent heating, air conditioning, sheets and towels, dishwasher, washing machine, WI-FI and TV. There is a living room with a sofa bed and a pouf-bed, a new kitchen with table and chairs, a bathroom with chromotherapy shower.

A little balcony is at guest’s disposal to admire the panoramic view and sip a glass of wine or “spritz” (typical venetian aperitif).



The Venice Casinò, the Museum of Natural History and Cà Pesaro Palace are walking distance from the flat. Other beautiful attractions are Madonna dell’Orto church and Casino degli Spiriti (15 minutes), famous for its legend about ghosts and right in front of Murano island.

Anyway, the area is well connected; you find vaporetto stops along the Fondamenta Canareggio (a public boat transportation) to reach every part of the city.
