About This Property
The property is a 3-minute walk from the MANN (National Archaeological Museum) and 2 minutes from the Piazza Dante metro station. The best location for those who want to visit the city, both day and night, being a few steps from Piazza Bellini, the center of the Neapolitan "artistic nightlife".
Casa Luperano is a 50sqm studio apartment located in the ancient Palazzo Luperano, of the princes of Muscettola di Leporano (later crippled in Luperano), built at the behest of Alfonso II of Aragon in the second half of the 15th century. Of notable remains only the arcaded piperno courtyard; this was later closed to make way for shops, but of the ancient structure of the courtyard you can see the niches that probably housed busts and precious decorations. The historical-artistic importance of the building is still identifiable on the ground floor and first level (rooms owned by the curia) in piperno stone. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of the building and is serviced by an old but fully functional lift
