The villa is composed, on the ground floor, of a large living area, dining area, kitchen, and a small bathroom, while on the upper floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
In the living area it is possible to obtain a further 2 beds thanks to a comfortable sofa bed.
It has a large external porch overlooking the woods equipped for outdoor dining.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, American coffee machine, but you will also find a moka pot.
