Apartment

The two rooms apartment for 4 people is composed by a bedroom and a living room with a double sofa bed. The living is furnished with a small kitchen area with an induction hob, a small fridge with a freezer, a bathroom with shower, TV sat and free WiFi.
The apartment has a private ski and boot storage, placed in a common room on the ground floor, and a common laundry room managed by the keeper. Reserved parking spaces are available outside of the residence.
Inside the Residence are present different common areas available for guests: a children playground, a second common room for the relax of adults and a dining room available for large groups of people. Outside there is a large lawn for sunbathing.
At the foot of the Matterhorn , you can reach the Cervinia center without using the car and go directly to the start of slopes (100m far). The return to the residence after sky can be made directly on your skis.
Cervinia is the city at the foot of the Matterhorn at 2050 m, famous throughout the world for its ski slopes, restaurants and nightlife. In summer it is possible to ski on the glaciers of Plateau Rosa' and to perform trekking and hiking. In winter, you can reach Zermatt in Switzerland directly by skiing. It is 20 minutes far from St. Vincent and 30 minutes from Aosta. Hiking is amazing in summer and you can reach glaciers with beautiful views, and you have the possibility to meet wild animals such as marmots, chamois and ibex.
