The Villa is accessed both from the street front and from the terrace equipped to eat all together even outdoors and characterized by the wrought iron spiral staircase and the large glass window with an industrial flavor, which reveal the refined conversion of what was once the back room of a typical village bar-emporium. The exterior where the swimming pool and the parking area are located is also particularly well cared for. Crossing green rows that follow one another as far as the eye can see, you can also reach the closest on foot or by bicycle, and then by car the many cellars of the famous Strada dei Vini where to stop for interesting tastings; the nearby Lake Trasimeno; the many cities of historical and cultural interest in Umbria and Tuscany. For daily shopping in a few minutes by car you can reach Terontola at 6 km and Camucia at 9km.
