Villa Le Caselle is one-of-a-kind property due to its authentic style and its lucky position, immersed in the greenery and in a wonderful panoramic location between Tuscan and Umbrian border. Wide outer spaces face the spectacular valley, dominated by the village of Preggio, and the wooded mountains on the background. The structure develops on two floors, following the rolling shapes of the surrounding hills and the well-groomed lawn embellished by millenary olive trees, luxuriant plants and flowers. All terraces are spacious and cleverly equipped to eat “al fresco” and chill out, joining every period of the year. The pool is located in a lower but sunny position with adjacent covered terrace, completed by a dependence with dressing rooms and showers, and a picnic area with large table. Villa La Casella can comfortably host 12 people: here guests can experience a local, traditional and genuine location for their holiday, being immersed in warm colours telling long journeys and authentic passion for arts, history and food. Each room is characterized and furnished with great care and unique items. The main structure is two- storey floors, boasting a wide living room with fireplace, spacious and equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms with private full bathroom, all on the ground floor. The upper floor is accessible by an outer loggia and it is equipped with two living rooms and two additional double bedrooms with bathrooms. The remaining two bedrooms (a double and a twin) are located in the adjacent dependence, on the first floor. They both share a bathroom with shower. The tiny hamlet of Preggio is reachable on foot but, for every day shopping, Mercatale and Lisciano Niccone are only 12km away; the bigger Umbertide 18km. Within a short time guests can reach out interesting cultural destinations such as Cortona 30 Km; Perugia 28 Km; Città della Pieve, Città di Castello 35 km; San Sepolcro 49km. The impressive “Rocca di Pierle”, dated XIII century, raises on the valley 18km away, while Lake Trasimeno's beaches and bars are only 18 km away. The area offers interesting islands tours and fishing and tourism experiences.
