The location is ideal not only because of its proximity to the renowned Costa Smeralda but also for its direct access to the marina, where boats and dinghies can be rented. The most beautiful beaches of the coast are only 5–10 minutes away. The apartment, furnished in a simple and functional style with some characteristic details typical of seaside homes, can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a living room with two comfortable single sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.
