The kitchen is well furnished with all the household appliances like dishwasher . A private garden where have breakfast or drink something is at guest’s disposal. Lovely neighborhood with a good walking distance to all the main attractions, lots of restaurants and shops in the area. It is perfectly situated in a quiet area just off the main streets of Venice.



This Sestiere is full of “bacari” and “cichetterie” where you can taste the typical venetian food, aperitif and enjoy the nightlife.



From the flat you are walking distance to Rialto bridge (15 minutes), to Venice Casinò (10 minutes), Santa Maria dei Miracoli church and Basilica of San Giovanni e Paolo. From Fondamenta Nove you can reach other parts of the city and islands with vaporetto (a public boat transportation).
