Villa Azzurra is located in the beautiful countryside of the Marche region, in the hills but only a few meters away from the historic town centre of the fortified town of Mondavio. The olive groves around the house are part of the property and the owners are passionate olive oil producers. Shops and restaurants are in Mondavio and it takes only a short walk to enjoy your first coffee of the day on one of the terraces in town. The Adriatic coast with its beautiful beaches and lively coastal towns is only 20 minutes by car away.
The villa has a swimming pool with a magnificent view, equipped with sun loungers and parasols.
In the wide porch on the ground floor there are grill, table and chairs for outdoor dinners and a relax area with armchairs.
The villa has a laundry room with bathroom with shower and a private parking lot.
The grounds are completely fenced and are equipped with an automatic entrance gate.
On request, the two floors can be rented out as two independent apartments (except in high season).
Villa Azzurra has two floors.
On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, an oven and a dishwasher. Spacious living room with direct access to the porch, bathroom with shower, master bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed.
On the first floor a large living room with kitchen and stove, terrace, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The bedrooms on the first floor are provided with air conditioning.
There is also a laundry room with a bathroom with shower, located next to the villa (accessible from the outside).

BOOKINGS 2025:
The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
final cleaning € 150,00; pets allowed on request (max. 1 pet a week) € 50,00 per week; air-conditioning on request € 10,00 per day; heating consumption; extra cleaning; weekly linen change on request € 40,00.

Security deposit (to be paid upon arrival): € 500,00

Check-In: from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Check-Out: from 8.00 a.m. to 9.30 a.m.

Pool open from 15th April to 15th October
