In the authentic Rome, in the heart of the capital, the charming and exclusive apartment is located inside a historic building, in one of the oldest, most famous and sought-after quarters of the historic center. Renovated with taste, equipped with all the comforts and central, the house is at the same time very quiet and relaxing. Its perfect location is such as to allow trips on foot or by bike. One step away from all the major attractions of Rome.

This 70sqm house accommodates up to 3 people and is located on the first floor of a historic building, which can be accessed by passing through the internal cloister. Elegantly restored with sobriety and refinement, the house preserves the characteristics of the era: exposed wooden beams, arranged on different levels, very tall windows and terracotta floors. The apartment has two independent bedrooms, one with a single bed, wardrobe, desk and window, while in the second a double bed, large wardrobe, bedside tables, window. The kitchen is open and equipped with all utensils, coffee machine, wine glasses, stove, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine. The bathroom has a shower, a chest of drawers and a window. The entrance door is armored. A delightful terrace completes the house.

Night and bath sets supplied to each guest, with the possibility of requesting a change, considered as extra.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

Our keyholder will get in touch with you to arrange the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized.
For any unforeseen or clarification we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail.

At check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and will therefore be required to show a valid document.

Upon arrival you will be required to pay the city tax of € 3.50 per person per night, as requested by the Municipality of Rome.

Please note that check-in must be arranged directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows: - 21. 00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; 24:00 - 01.00: € 40.00. After 01.00, it is not possible to arrange check-in.
