The apartment of about 45 square meters, is located on the first floor of an early 1900s building with a lift.Renovated with quality materials and attention to every detail, with a modern design, it is characterized by exposed beams and by the prevalence of white walls and floors which, combined with modern and essential furnishings, make it extremely welcoming.It consists of a living area furnished with a sofa bed, armchair, 24-inch plasma TV, and a circular table that can comfortably accommodate 3 people.The kitchen, separated from the living area, is furnished with every type of kitchen utensil, a gas oven, a microwave oven, a gas refrigerator top.
