In the southern part of the beautiful island of Sardinia, exactly in the south-western coast, 40 Km from Cagliari, in Santa Margherita di Pula, is situated Villa Fernanda, a magnificent large seafront villa, with direct access to the beach, completely immersed in the green pine forest bordering on Forte Village Resort castle hotel.

The villa has an area of 350 square meters. and consists of 2 floors.
On the front elevation there are two large arcades with a laminated wood roof overlooking the sea.
The Villa on the ground floor has a large living area with a large living room with fireplace (over 100 square meters), a dining room, a kitchen, a double bedroom with private bathroom and a guest bathroom.
On the first floor there is the sleeping area composed of 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, a large terrace and a balcony.
On the second floor there is the laundry (flat roof) and a second terrace.
All the existing finishes are valuable, there are all the comforts and the rooms are air-conditioned.
