The apartment is located in a quiet residence in a hilly area 150m above the lake level and 2.5 km from the center of Malcesine, with an amazing view of the lake and the mountains of the Brescia side.
It is composed by a large living area with a kitchen and a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a small terrace that offers a magnificent view.
Totally renowed in 2018, it is furnished in industrial style and equipped with all comforts: TV 40 ", dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, hairdryer, wi-fi, electric coffee maker.
The residence is surrounded by an olive grove with various areas of relax and has ample parking.
The heated swimming pool, open from 20th of May to 20th of September, and solarium are located in a scenic area on the lake and equipped with modern sun loungers and a hot shower.
Bed linen and towels provided.
Cleaning fee of 60 EUR to be paid locally.
