Holiday apartment, located in the town of Siniscola (Nuoro) in Sardinia, 6km from the beaches of La Caletta and San Giovanni, 9km from the beach of Santa Lucia, 12km from the beautiful beaches and dunes of Capo Comino, 14km from the wild Berchida.
Completely furnished, independent and with a large garden. It does not have its own parking space and there are public parking lots available from 08:00 -> 13:00 and 16:00 -> 19:00 (except Sundays); within 100 meters are, however, free municipal parking lots (white stripes).
There is a deposit for the water, so as to deal with any problems of rationing of the same.
It is also possible to use a courtyard on the ground floor, where you can store equipment for the sea and even take a shower (cold water, or heated in a comntenitore exposed to the sun).
There is a brand new Daikin 18000BTU air conditioner, but also, if necessary, the classic fans that can be positioned as desired.
