The Junior is the smaller of the two villas, surrounded by 20000m2 garden, set 1 mile from the beach, located within the boundaries of natural reserve right at the Vendicari entrance to the National Park, 8 km from Noto.
70m2 villa with 250m2 terrace and swimming pool in common use with the Senior villa it is composed of:

With a double sofa bed, kitchen corner, table and chairs, TV, AC, windows;

With double bed (that can be divided into two single beds), AC, radiator, 2 windows, bathroom ensuite;
