The property is located in the second most important street of the town a few steps from the bar, pharmacy, supermarket, carabinieri station, schools, emergency room, bus stop.

Maruggio, a small medieval town, already a masterly commend of the order of the Knights of Malta, is located in the upper part of the Salento area and is similarly equivalent to the three provinces of Salento (Taranto, Brindisi and Lecce). it is also possible to reach the main tourist sites of Southern Apulia such as Otranto, Ostuni, Alberobello, the beaches of Campomarino, Punta Prosciutto, Porto Cesareo and Gallipoli.

Just 1.5 km away from the B & B we have the sea with seven colors of Campomarino Di Maruggio with its 9 km of very varied coastline, which contain some of the most beautiful beaches of Puglia.
