New structure defined and completed in June 2018.
The structure is divided into 3 mini apartments with two separate entrances. The ground floor has an exclusively private entrance. Different for the first floor and the second that have the common entrance from the door.
The ground floor is equipped with a kitchen bedroom (a double bed, sofa bed, bunk bed) and bathroom.
The first floor is equipped with kitchen, bathroom, a double bed and a sofa bed.
Floor with terrace and balcony with a view.
The second floor is a marsarda complete with bathroom, bedroom without kitchen but equipped with microwave, refrigerator and TV.
With sea view terrace.
(Notice that the roof is a bit low typical of attics.)
All floors are air-conditioned.
Free WiFi.
Change of linen once a week.
Depending on availability you can choose the plan to stay on.
