The bedroom and the kitchen have access to a beautiful and bright garden, equipped with table and chairs, a charcoal Weber barbecue. It is a very private space and is perfect for having breakfast in the sun or an aperitif or a relaxing dinner.

We will recommend the best restaurants, places to visit and the most beautiful beaches. If you are interested we will also address you to organized boat trips, excursions, rented bikes, sailing and wind surfing courses and any other activity offered by the city of Cagliari. The apartment is located at the "Quartello", a new residential district that enjoys a privileged position between the sea and the city. It is near the famous Natural Park of Molentargius, a natural pond where you can admire flamingos and other species of birds. The district has numerous green spaces, there are cycle paths on which to take walks and play sports. It is a quiet and quiet neighborhood but at the same time it is well served by restaurants and pizzerias, bars and pastry shops, supermarkets, banks and pharmacies.
The location is strategic to reach all the most beautiful beaches and attractions of southern Sardinia for its proximity to the roads leading to the Poetto (5 minutes walk) and the beaches to Villassimius, Cala Sinsias, Costa Rey and the SS195 to Nora , Chia and Tuerreda. The bus stops are very close (one minute walk) and take you to the center of Cagliari in 20-30 minutes. The port and the airport are 15-20 minutes away by car.
