The living area, open space, includes the living room kitchen with dining table, sofa bed for two people, TV corner and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave and dishwasher.
The living room overlooks the external veranda equipped with table and chairs.
The upper floor is accessed via a stone staircase where there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (which can be transformed into a comfortable double bed if necessary) and a bathroom with shower.
The rooms are large, bright and facing the sea and swimming pool.
The villa is fully air conditioned.
The swimming pool adjacent to the villa has a large solarium in natural stone paving with sunbeds and an outdoor shower. The villa is surrounded by 10,000 m² of land with a beautiful olive grove.

The villa is 200 meters from the village of Scopello with its restaurants and bars and 500 meters from the supermarket. The closest beach "I Faraglioni" is located 1 km from the villa while the Bay of Guidaloca is 3 km away. The enchanting Riserva dello Zingaro is 2 km away. The position of the villa allows guests to reach the main attractions comfortably on foot.
