From the interior patio, with a wrought iron staircase leads to the terrace of about 75sqm with sea view equipped with barbecue, large covered veranda in front of the house (40sqm) with table for 8, digital terrestrial outdoor TV, table tennis and table football, garden with 4 parking spaces, second barbecue, automatic gate, outdoor shower, above ground pool (installed during the summer) hammocks and ornamental plants that make the house an ideal place to relax the body and spirit immersed in the green and a stone's throw from the sea, the house is only 100 meters from a very quiet sandy free beach, without any structure such as establishments, discos, etc.(however these are available by moving 1 kilometer).
