The cottage is a modern style house, in the Capo Plaja district, a quiet area 7 km from Cefalù, ideal for those looking for relaxation and want to stay away from the city. The swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests is 3.5 x 10 meters wide and 1.20 meters high and has a comfortable solarium. The garden around the house is full of olive trees. There is a large concrete and steel BBQ. The little ones have plenty of space to play around the house. The cottage has an open space with a living room with a regular double sofa bed 160x190 and a kitchen; the double bedroom, the main one, has a walk-in closet; the second bedroom can have two single beds or by joining them you can have a double bed; there are two bathrooms and in one there is a washing machine; at the entrance of the house there is a storage room useful for leaving suitcases; all rooms have air conditioning. . A few steps from the house there is the private beach, a very intimate place to sunbathe, swim in its fresh waters, fish from its cliff, do yoga and watch the sunsets; 200 meters away there is the long beach of Salinelle where you can take endless walks or jog. We are always 7 km from Cefalù, so when you want to take a tour of the splendid tourist city, visit the Cathedral, stroll through the streets of the historic center enjoying a good ice cream, eat in one of the various restaurants overlooking the sea, in an instant you are there. We have 2 supermarkets nearby, 2 restaurants-pizzerias, a wellness center and a water park for the entertainment of the little ones. The house is easily accessible from the highway which is just 1.5 km away.

TOURIST TAX - According to the law from art. 4 of Legislative Decree no. 23/2011, guests are required to pay the relevant tourist tax at check-in, and it is my responsibility to collect it. The tourist tax to be paid is €2 per night per person, for the first 5 nights, in cash at check-in, children from 0 to 12 years are exempt, e.g. 3 people including 1 child of 10 years, for a stay of 7 nights, will have to pay €20.

PHOTOS OF DOCUMENTS AND CONTRACT - According to the law of art. 12 of the Tourism Code (Legislative Decree 23 May 2011 n. 79), art. 12 of the Tourism Code (Legislative Decree 23 May 2011 n. 79) and art. 19 bis of Legislative Decree n. 113/2018, at check-in I am required to take a photograph of the document (identity card or passport) of all guests, and to have the contract filled out, i.e. a sheet with the summary of the booking data and signed.

AIR CONDITIONING - You are my guest and therefore I don't want you to feel hot, but... it is forbidden to set a temperature lower than 24°, and to leave the air conditioner on when you are not at home. At 24° the rooms cool down and you no longer feel hot. When outside is too hot as in summer, if you set a temperature lower than 24° the air conditioner cannot reach it because the difference is too large, instead what happens is that the air conditioner works under strain and produces so much water that isn't drained well and instead comes down from the split causing damage to the furniture (or doors) it encounters.

POOL - The pool is regularly active from May to October, on request it also opens in April. During your stay I will come to check and clean the pool two or three times a week, early in the morning so as not to disturb, but we will agree on the days and times together with the check-in.

WASTE -Upon check-out you will have to throw away your waste in the designated area that I will communicate to you upon check-in. Of course you can also throw away rubbish during your stay if you need.


CRIB AND TABLE HIGH SEAT - Upon request, a cot and table high chair can be provided. It must be kept in mind that the cot cannot be in the bedrooms because there is not enough space. It is also forbidden to move the bed, you still risk ruining the wall or the bed because there is no space.

FIRE EXTINGUISHER, GAS, SMOKE, CO2 DETECTORS - At the moment, photos in the ad don't show the fire extinguisher, gas and smoke detector, and CO2 detector, as these were recently installed, at the end of the season.
