Podere Benedettino of 1700, recently renovated in full respect of its history, located on the slopes of the natural reserve of Vallombrosa, immersed in the woods, just 29 km from Florence.

The portion of farmhouse dedicated to rent has about 110 square meters of property with three bedrooms, kitchen, hall, entrance hall and two bathrooms.

Podere Gualpoli is the place to rediscover your peace and relax immersed in a unique setting, where you can enjoy a charming private garden with infinity pool, overlooking the beautiful hills of Frescobaldi vineyards and Castello di Nipozzano.

There are three rooms available:

the master, large and harmonious, has a double bed, the second intimate and welcoming, offers a further double and finally the third, comfortable and gracious with two single beds.

In addition, in the large living room, you will find a sofa bed, usable in case of need.

You can take advantage of the characteristic kitchen, equipped and equipped with all the necessary amenities to prepare and enjoy a wonderful breakfast, with fresh products of the day, perhaps consumed, by the pool, accompanied by the chirp of sparrows that populate the garden.

You will have a large private garden, swimming pool, barbecue, wood oven, swings, armchairs, sofas and a beautiful fireplace where you can spend the evening with friends, perhaps, a good book and a pleasant warmth. You will also have the opportunity to listen to your favorite music in different corners of the garden, to fully enjoy unforgettable moments.
Always inside, you will find the car park.

The salt pool is always at your disposal, a beautiful 10 meters by 5, with infinite edge, overlooking the typical Tuscan landscape.
Equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs, armchairs, tables, umbrellas and solar shower.

Upon arrival you will find all the necessary linen, bathrobes, towels and towels for the pool that will be changed every weekend. In case you need to do laundry you will have a washing machine available. Bathrooms have a shower and bathtub.

The connection is unlimited and free, you will have a good signal wherever you go, even by the pool. The password of the WiFi network will be given to you upon your arrival.
Within the estate there are about 25 hectares of forest, with paths, streams and corners of paradise.

You will discover many animal species, squirrels, deer, roe deer, and birds of all kinds.

There are also several ancient oaks, which characterize the territory with their majesty.

If you are a fan of the Montain Bike, just start from home to discover the roads and routes usually used by amateur and non-cyclists.

If, however, you want to walk, no problem, the forest has many trails that branch off plunging into the undergrowth, rich in unique fauna and flora, until you get to the reserve of Vallombrosa and Consuma. You will also have a map where the Trekking routes are marked.
