The apartment is located in the hills, framed in the wonderful naturalistic oasis of the Borsacchio Reserve, 1 km and a half from the splendid sea of Roseto degli Abruzzi. Ideal place to relax away from traffic, chaos and city pollution and at the same time five minutes from the sea.

It is 60 square meters, very spacious and welcoming, it consists of a beautiful double bedroom, a dining room with kitchenette, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, TV and double sofa bed. Finally the bathroom (with sink, shower cubicle and wc).
Outside there is also the balcony from which you can admire the beautiful sea of Roseto and the medieval village of Montepagano.
Inside the kitchen there are already dishes, glasses and cutlery and some cooking pots
The apartment also has mosquito nets on the windows and ceiling fans.

NOTES FOR RATES
The rates already include water, electricity and gas costs. Bed and bath linens are also provided.
Guests have access to a parking space within the enclosure surrounding the entire residence

MANDATORY EXPENSE:
Expenditure for final cleaning: 30 euros.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: 100 euros.

OPTIONAL EXPENSES:
BEACH SERVICE
for those wishing to use them there is also the beach service: beach umbrella plus two sunbeds in the central row.
10 euros per day in June, July and September.
13 euros per day in August.

Check-out (departure time) by 10 am

25% deposit is required, the rest in cash to be paid upon arrival.
