Palazzolo, between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena. Palazzolo Alto is a beautiful villa, on the edge of the tiny village of Palazzuolo, in the territory north of Monte San Savino. This has always been a natural border between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena, two of the most important cities in Tuscany equidistant from the house and easily reachable, in about thirty minutes by car.
The view: from the Crete Senesi to the gates of Siena. A large and panoramic garden, with a view that loose itself on natural landscapes of intense beauty, from the Crete Senesi to the gates of Siena. On hot summer days a dip in the beautiful swimming pool (dim. 6x12 m., depth 1,00-1,40 m. completely fenced - open from 17 May to 30th September) will certainly be refreshing. The barbecue located in front of the large porch is great to prepare delicious grills, or maybe enjoy a good Tuscan dinner cooked by one of our chefs. The furniture of the house is well chosen and guarantees a good degree of comfort.
Tuscany from the window. What is most striking is the view from the villa, the garden and even the swimming pool. A whole valley to satisfy the eye, prosperous vineyards, green wooded areas, silver olive trees, in short Tuscany! Private parking, Wi-Fi and satellite TV available.
GROUND FLOOR: kitchen-dining room with fireplace, sitting room looking out onto the garden, large porch with table and chairs for outdoor dining. FIRST FLOOR: reachable either by an external stone staircase and small terrace or inside stairs. Sitting-room with fireplace and double sofa bed, double bedroom, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, bathroom with tub. In the annex a few meters away, are a twin bedroom and a bathroom with small tub. The annex has no heating. EQUIPMENT: oven, satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, CD player, highchair, barbecue, Wi-Fi Internet access.
