About This Property
Mare33 is located 50 meters from the sea, you will be greeted by a wonderful view that will accompany unforgettable sunsets to which you can watch from the terrace. The beach is easily accessible via a stone staircase that ends directly on the sand of "Rena Bianca". One step away from the historic center of the village facing the Aragonese tower. In 2 minutes walk you reach the central square with all the attached services: bars, restaurants, pharmacy, tobacconist, newspapers.
On two floors, entering the upper floor: living room, kitchenette and veranda overlooking the sea; lower floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terrace with garden, outdoor shower and 2 parking spaces. From the parking lot, continue along the path leading to the sea. The house is located on the degrading coast on the sea in the bay of "Rene Bianca" just in front of Corsica. From the terrace you can see the white cliffs of Bonifacio. The main access is on the upper floor and that to reach the garden and the sea is on the floor below. Possible to park the car in the place below in the garden area by walking around the block and going up comfortably from the inside stairs. Returning from the sea you can take advantage of the outdoor shower before returning home.
