The house has been restored preserving the old stone walls maintaining all its style and the appearance of the original 1902 building. It is characterized by a warm and rustic atmosphere with original rustic furniture combined with some slightly more modern contents such as Wi-Fi connection and air conditioning for cooling and underfloor heating. It is composed of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The beach is about 2 km away. The city center, with restaurants, bars and various shops, is about 5 km away.
