Apartment located in a wing of an ancient Sicilian villa of the eighteenth century, on the first floor, recently renovated and totally independent.
The 70 square meter apartment consists of a double bedroom with sea view, bathroom with shower, kitchen, large living room with two beds.
An external staircase leads to a glass gallery which leads to the apartment.
The living room has an east facing balcony with stunning sea views and a west facing balcony overlooking the garden.
The kitchen is small but perfectly equipped: 4-burner stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer.
Just outside the property, a small road leads down to a free pebble beach. A little further on, at about 500 meters, there are two beaches with cabins, deck chairs, bar and restaurant where you can spend the whole day at the beach. In addition, 10 minutes by car there is a beautiful fine gravel beach, partly free, partly equipped, which extends for kilometers.
The city center with shops, supermarkets etc. it is about 5 km away and can be reached in 5 minutes by car.
