Apartment

It`s 140 meters away from the beach of Torre Lapillo, Appartamento is part of the complex. It is a two-floor complex that consists of 4 holiday homes (2 on the ground floor and two on the first floor). It`s a recently-built complex equipped with a parking area near the building. Appartamento Stella Marina is independent and can accommodate up to 5 guests.

The holiday home by the sea in Torre Lapillo
It is on the first floor of the complex in Torre Lapillo. The property is fenced and it`s introduced by the shared outdoor space equipped as laundry area, with two washing machines at disposal of the guests. The outdoor staircase in the shared area takes the guests to the first floor.
It consists of a living room with dining area, open kitchen and sofa bed, while the sleeping area consists of a master bedroom, a twin bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, electric oven, television and hair-dryer.

The surroundings of the complex 
The Residence is 140 meters away from the beach of Torre Lapillo and 220 meters away from the closest beach establishments. It`s 150 meters away from the centre of Torre Lapillo with its amenities, such as tobacco shop, supermarket, fish shop, doctor on duty and pharmacy, church and various shops.




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared washing machine.
- Air conditioner in the living room.
