My property is located on a hill of olive trees always illuminated by the sun and is a typical farmhouse of the Marches 1814 completely renovated.
The entrance reserved for guests overlooks the garden and is independent. The structure is located on the ground floor and is suitable for people with walking problems and / or wheelchairs.
The room has a double bed and a double sofa bed and is heated with a pellet stove (provided) and / or electric heating. The bathroom, also suitable for people with disabilities, is complete and has electric heating. Towels, sheets and blankets are provided.
The reserved parking is located in front of the entrance.
The price includes breakfast with sweets, rusks, butter, jams, milk, coffee, tea, yogurth, fruit juices.
