House totally and finely renovated in 2017, located in the center of Sorrento (Via Luigi De Maio), a stone's throw from all services (station, bus, taxi, bars, restaurants, hospital, parking) and the sea. The house consists of three bedrooms (one of which with a bathroom) and a living room with kitchen equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. The whole house has an air conditioning system.
The location of Sorrento is strategic for visiting the famous archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum which are less than 30 km away (also reachable by train), as well as being able to easily visit Positano, Capri, Ravello and Amalfi by land or by sea.
The Municipality of Sorrento, by resolution of the City Council No. 99 of 29/11/2011, has established the tourist tax in force from April 1 to October 31. The tax is applied per person per night on the nights of non-residents in the Municipality of Sorrento up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Minors are exempt from the tax up to the age of eighteen. This tax will be due by the guest upon arrival in the accommodation.
