Beautiful terraced house on two floors, elegantly finished, located in a picturesque village with breathtaking sea views. The village, surrounded by a natural park, has a swimming pool, bar, restaurant and parking space.
The accommodation
The house is located in a spectacular location, 300 m from the sea, in the town of Nebida, a few km from the most beautiful beaches of Sulcis. The apartment is spread over two floors: upstairs there is a double bedroom, a single bedroom (with an additional pull-out bed) and bathroom with shower; on the ground floor there is a kitchen equipped with a relaxation area with sofa bed and TV, bathroom with shower and a splendid terrace overlooking the sea where you can have delicious meals enjoying a unique and unforgettable panorama!

Customers have at their disposal a beautiful panoramic swimming pool which is located on a terrace facing the sea surrounded by the lush Mediterranean scrub; there are two showers in the area and a bar / restaurant is just a stone's throw away. From the terrace there is a 15-minute walkable path that leads directly to the sea.

Upon check in, customers are greeted by Rita, the contact person for any requests or problems during their stay, by phone or email. She will also provide all the tourist and agri-food information in the area, as well as the information material, in order to make your stay special and unforgettable !!!
Other things to highlight
The apartment is equipped with all comforts: washing machine, hairdryer, iron with ironing board, drying rack, two heat pumps (in the bedrooms). The kitchen is fully equipped, equipped with an electric oven, toaster, electric kettle and there is an electric hot plate if the gas suddenly runs out. Customers are provided with bed linen and towels and sun beds and umbrella for the swimming pool for a well-deserved relaxation !!!
The village is located in the hamlet of Nebida, a small village in southern Sardinia with a beautiful viewpoint from which you can admire the famous Far di Pan di Zucchero, symbol of this coast. It is also located in a strategic position because it allows you to visit the most beautiful and characteristic tourist locations in the area within 30/40 km: from the nearby sandy beaches of Fontanamare, Plage Mesu and Porto Paglia.
