Apartment close to Art is located in Mestre, in a quiet area. Tastefully furnished, spacious, bright and very welcoming, it offers a fully equipped kitchen, living room with flat screen TV (Prime Video) and stereo, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Quiet and safe location, just steps from the tram stop for Venice. The bus stop is 3 minutes from the house. The Tram, direct and frequent, will take you to Venice in 20 minutes.
Supermarket and shops in the immediate vicinity.
The center of Mestre is about a 10 minute walk.
Strategically located, the apartment is easily accessible whether you arrive by plane, train or car.
Convenient to the Marco Polo airport and the railway station. I will give you all the information to get to the apartment without difficulty.
If you travel by car, parking is free along the road. The location of the apartment is a starting point for visiting not only Venice, but also the beautiful surrounding cities, such as Treviso, Padua and much more.
On arrival, payment of the tourist tax is required (regular receipt is issued) and the presentation of identity documents for the communication of your stay to the authorities.
Separate waste collection is required (I will give you all the information).
