Near the beach, the sea is unique. Huge and surrounded by the villa can easily fit up to 16 people and it is therefore reccomended to big families and numerous groups

The neighborhood
Belvedere Mrittimo (Nears Sangineto Lido) is a village with a beautiful sandy beach. Not to be missed, especially in the months of June and September, when the beach is not crowded.

Eight large, comfortable and fresh bedrooms. Kitchen connected, but independent, to the comfortable and very spacious living room. Four internal bathrooms, one with a shower. Large garden, outdoor showers enclosed in comfortable boxes where you can change with attached laundry
